I saw this movie for the first time today, anyone else seen it? it was pretty entertaining, the premise should be john cusack driving inappropriate vehicles during extreme natural disasters. it is kinda over dramatic though. thoughts?
when I originally heard about the movie I was thinking, Well the world ends so what's the point of the movie if they're all just gonna die. Apparently it's a little better but knowing has kinda jaded me towards end of the world action packed thrill rides.
whats funny/weird is i stopped caring that people everywhere were dying and only cared about John Cusack. and it is better than that but its also kind of ridiculous. what i love is that on dec 22 2012 that movie is immediately dated.
i'll see knowing first chance i get stew, that airplane shot has me intrigued.
Unless the world ends, but at that point I don't think there's gonna be anyone but irony man going "Remember that one movi..." and then is crushed by a falling building.
Watch knowing for the disaster scenes. Beyond that, the movie is garbage. It's kinda fun for like the first hour and pretty easy to make fun of and then the alien plot twist shows up and you just think, Well that was retarded.
That movie was actually pretty fun to watch. The only thing was they could have pulled up the plane right before they went through the damaged city. Also you can never hate John Cusack.

John cusack brings up a good point though. When 2012 comes around, are we gonna have what it takes to save ourselves? Do you think you could randomly fly a plane and other vehicles with no experience?
